Top Toronto coffee shops each donated one gallon blocks of coffee frozen with a rope frozen through it. The Ferris wheel mesmerizingly hoisted the frozen blocks over one another stopping on a counter for ice shaves into sno-cone cups. As the above-freezing night went on, each coffee block dripped and dropped on the other creating the ultimate Toronto Blend. The coffee-ice blocks with Richards paint scrapers and filled sno-cone cups topped with sweetened condensed milk. The frosty coffee cones served as culinary non-sleep aids to the all-night Nuit Blanche.
